An innovative, dynamic social media strategy is integral to all organizations—no matter their size. And yet for smaller orgs, the required resources might be hard to come by. When a range of arts organizations, including boutique art philanthropies, foundations, and academic institutions, approached us to overhaul their social media, we started thinking. What kind of package could we develop and offer that would allow smaller nonprofits and arts organizations to have the same social media horsepower enjoyed by the world’s leading brands?
