We are seeking a Web and JavaScript Developer to help build, maintain, and enhance our digital experiences across client websites, campaign microsites, and interactive productions. This role is ideal for a developer who blends technical rigor with creative sensitivity — someone who loves clean code, smooth animations, and the small details that make interfaces feel effortless.
You'll collaborate with designers, producers, and creative technologists to bring visual ideas to life through performant, responsive, and accessible front-end development. From headless CMS integrations to bespoke animations and transitions, your work will shape how users experience our digital storytelling.
This is a primarily on-site role based in our Struga, R.N. Macedonia office. Team members are expected to work five days per week, with a minimum of three days in the office. Occasional remote flexibility is possible, but this is not a remote-first position.
Standard working hours are 9:00–17:00 local time, with occasional later overlap for collaboration with our NYC headquarters.
This position offers strong career development opportunities for developers interested in expanding into creative technology and interactive production. You'll gain hands-on experience with global brand projects, experimental design systems, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Over time, this role can evolve toward Senior Front-End Developer, Creative Technologist, or Technical Director pathways within the agency.
